Online returns policy:

14 days return policy – We at, Connolly & Moore s are happy to exchange or refund on goods bought online and returned to us within 14days of purchase, providing that they are in their original packaging and in saleable condition – unworn,  undamaged.

We strive to make your online shopping experience as easy and as enjoyable as possible – if you need to return, please resend your online purchase to us at

Please allow 7-10 working days for the returned item to be handled and processed. During peak times, such as sale time and Christmas, this may take longer.

If the returned item is deemed unsaleable, worn or damaged by a member of staff at Connolly & Moore  we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.  A thorough inspection will be completed by a member of staff on returned item when received to shop .

The buyer is responsible for returning goods at their own cost.

In store purchases return policy:

Connolly & Moore  are happy to offer an exchange or an instore credit note for goods exchanged/returned in saleable condition, within 21 days of the date of purchase.  We do not offer refunds on unwanted goods. This does not affect consumers statutory rights.

Ladies a word about Jewellery

In line with health Guidelines , they is no exchange on Earings. This doesn’t effect your staturtory rights.

All Jewellery deemed as costume will need special care so perfume, tan, makeup and hand sanitisers may affect the patina

Jewellery should not be worn it showers or pools.

Tags should be on the items returned 

No return will be considered if tags are removed
